Niklas “Nick” Brihammar practices exclusively in the area of family and marital law. He attended the University of South Alabama and then the University of Miami School of Law. He has 27 years of experience dealing with Marital and Family Law matters and became an attorney because he was attracted to the thought process of the law and enjoys the aspects of the law that challenge the mind. He loves the challenges involved in planning, researching, finding, and executing solutions that will help his clients.
Nick started his legal career in his adopted hometown of Key West, where he practiced law for ten years, before moving to Palm Beach County where he worked as a divorce and family law lawyer for 15 years. Nick still resides in Palm Beach County but has been with The Law Offices of Travis R. Walker, P.A. since 2018.
Nick speaks several languages and has been published in The Florida Bar’s Family Commentator. While in Key West, Nick did extensive pro bono work for the Domestic Abuse Shelter, helping mostly women who were victims of domestic violence.
His favorite law memory involves winning majority timesharing for a father who he believed in when no one else did. He has continued his communication with this former client and commends him for being the father he knew he would be still today.
