Elaine Simon has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2000. She has been involved handling comprehensive legal services pertaining to Florida marital and family law matters including, but not limited to: divorce, paternity, time-sharing, child support, modifications, pre and post-nuptial agreements and domestic violence for approximately 15 years. Ms. Simon is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and Syracuse University College of Law. While at Syracuse Law, she received the Book Award in public law.
She also graduated with an LL.M. in Health Law from Widener University School of Law. She owned and operated her own private practice law office in Palm Beach County where she had very high client satisfaction. She was given the esteemed honor of being AV preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell as well as rated a 10 on AVVO. In 2017, she was on the cover as the Attorney of the Month in Attorney at Law Magazine. She was born and raised in Long Island, New York. When Ms. Simon is not in the office or the courtroom, she can be found spending time with her sons, Dane and Kyle.
